The Roundup message filters are not designed to be manageable, so it is
just a mess of conflicting hacks. I'd think about proper message filtering
API in Roundup, to gain some control over processing message text before it
is piped to the stdout and test the linking logic separately (in fact I'd
just rip and paste Trac code if not the license).
