I'm sure php already is setup on the gnome.org/projects box(es). How can I get a gnome.org CVS/shell account? It would be great to setup a basic policy on this, like submit 1 or 2 patches, then get CVS commit access and gnome.org account. This works amazingly well for Inkscape.org development and really keeps the bandwidth of developers open. Cool?
