I suspect this is related to the escaping issues we have. If we receive '\n' then memory is cleaned up the indexer's side. So if you still have information to send on the extractor's side, it might do something unexpected or not handled there. I am guessing at this point.
We should wait until Carlos has had a chance to improve the extractor<-->indexer communication here I think.
