Not sure about that. Maybe this should go away after a while? Maybe
reset your system?

Anyways, the version of Tracker you use is buggy and has reached end
of life. Current stable series is 0.8 and is avaialble from Ubuntu's
PPA: http://ubuntu-tweak.com/source/tracker-unstable-ppa. The only
serious downside I know is that It's GUI search tool isn't as advanced
as that found in the 0.6 series.

This you should find in ~/.config/tracker
