Hi, Those ontologies have "maemo" in the name because of their origin, but they don't have anything maemo specific. Their contents are potentially useful for anybody: to store feeds, downloads and locations.
I think the ontologies should stay, as they are consistent with the other ontologies and they add common desktop elements. Maybe you could just remove the tests?
