The plans are still open and there is plenty of time to get involved in discussing how you think Tracker 3.0 should look :-) We are planning to retire this mailing list at the end of the year. For Tracker news, you should follow the Tracker tag on discourse.gnome.org here: https://discourse.gnome.org/tags/tracker If you click the circle button at the top right of the page that, you can choose to be notified about all new Discourse posts that are tagged 'tracker'.
