It'll do both voice and APRS.  I'm pondering how I want to set up the 
voice side and how much you'll be able to configure it.  I might adapt 
the T2's script editor to compose voice scripts.

You can also use the serial output to drive an external tracker or TNC. 
  For now the serial output is only in Peet Bros format.
