Yes, this works.

I've got BALDI setup with an alias of WIDE1 and WIDE2, with hoplimits
of 1 and 2, respectively. You can see it's digipeating lots of packets
(http://aprs.fi/heard/BALDI), and hopefully leaving out WIDE3-N is a
benefit to the network in this area (I think it is).

One very nice feature of the Tracker2 is the 8 digipeater aliases.
Makes odd configurations like this possible.
