I am presently at the week long hamfest here in Quartzsite, Az. This morning
NB7O, Kevin, gave a pretty good talk on APRS and really plugged the Argent
equipment. Made me feel like I made the right decision in buying from Scott. We
have a lot of new folks getting into APRS and he did a good job answering
questions. Now, has anyone written a simple how to book for newcomers? I began
my aprs experience after attending this ham fest last year and it has taken me
a year to get as far as I have with my 4 setups. Not until a couple of weeks
back did I decide to ask questions here and you guys fixed me right up. I would
like to purchase a simple "how to" book to share with others. So far, I have
not found one.
