One of the common issues is the tracker is configured for an HT or a mobile and the opposite is needed. I would verify that. Best regards, Fred

As soon as I plug the radio port into my TM-V71A, before applying power to the tracker, the radio starts transmitting. Nothing obvious to me could cause this, so I'm having to ask.
