Others have pointed you towards where you can get help with the settings but do yourself and others around you a favour and don't use a KPC3+ for a tracker. Incapable of SmartBeaconing or compressed beacons, it would have a fixed beacon rate and would beacon wasteful full NMEA strings using a lot of bandwidth. An OT1+ would be a far better choice, and of course a T2 (OT2m, T2-135, T2-301) would be pretty good too!
