B+ and GND are connected elsewhere, so those can't be reassigned - hence 
the weird pinout on the T2-301 that doesn't match anything else.

The board is set up to accept power on the + and - pins, and to switch 
power to the radio through the VN920/IPS6021.  Without the switch 
installed, you could use the control pin as a signal to control some 
external device.
