There was never a firmware rev 0 - the build numbers are supposed to be
the modified Julian date of release. '0' would have been 4713 BC.
If you've already tried the erase/reload and disable turbo options, and
if it was working before, then chances are pretty good the bootloader is
corrupted or it may have suffered some hardware damage. Send it back in
with a note about the problem and I'll check it out.
