Hi Yiyang, Unfortunately, Trafodion 0.9.0 is not compatible with CDH 5.2. (It so happened that CDH 5.2 was released on the same day that we released Trafodion 0.9.0).
Would you be able to move to CDH 5.1.x? You can try the following : disable_all 'TRAFODION.*' drop_all 'TRAFODION.*' Then try : "initialize trafodion " again.
