LibreSSL 3.4.3`. To help answer questions about whether Tramp is
receiving a response from ssh, I've attached traces of a
successful connection when OTP is disabled, then a failed
connection when OTP is enabled, as well as a snapshot of my SSHD
log showing the incoming connections.
I should probably jump in at this point and say I'm in a position
to test with the MS-supplied version of OpenSSH also.
Not so long ago I "simplified" my setup to use this instead of
plink, but with authorized keys so as to avoid some of the
problems reported on this thread. It would be great to figure this
out, so please let me know if there's anything I should try.
