tramp-compat-length= and friends have been removed in Tramp 2.8. What do you try to compile? Could you, pls, show your recipe?
I am not compiling anything manually, I have seen those warnings today on my Emacs *Async-native-compile-log* buffer, but I cannot reproduce them now with fresh installations of Emacs 30.2 and 31.1. Sorry about the noise. Regards, rdiez
