I work for a mid-sized Teaching Hospital and we are evaluating our HIPAA Transaction Strategy. I would like to know what other Hospitals are choosing for their HIPAA Transaction Solutions. Are you going with your current system vendors? Are you using Clearinghouses, translators, interface engines, consultants, customized programming or a combination of solutions? Is anyone going direct to the payers?
