I am looking for a variation on the dictionary definitions provided in the Implementation Guides. As a state agency, we are finding the crosswalk process difficult, because the standard transactions were not developed with a state agency in mind, but private industry. Does anyone know of a dictionary or transaction crosswalks that can give definitions/translations from the perspective of a provider that is a community agency and a health plan that is a state agency?
