I think this question was probably answered before, but I missed it, so: Since NPI is not implemented at this time and UB92-REC10-6 is NPI, what should be used for REF02 in 2010AA? Especially if REC10-6 is all that is provided.
I know in some states, the facility Medicare number is used and in others, the intermediary issues a number.... Thanks!
