We need some guidance on our network access business for
Hipaa.
We currently receive claims from providers that we price and
send a priced 837 to a TPA for payment. The TPA is responsible for
the payment but does not receive the claim until we send the priced
version. The problem with the priced 837 is that we have no place to
show a bundled line item or split claim. What would be the
best solution so our Network access application is compliant with the TPA
and the TPA is compliant with the provider?
Thanks,
