I apologize for this request, but I believe the last week or so a
posting was made that referenced a gap analysis done between the 835 ERA
and the data received on a paper UB or 1500. The analysis revealed only
one missing data element, and an IMP Guide recommended fill. Does anyone
still have a copy of this or can you direct me to a copy? I would really
