I get the same error when I try to log into my account on the wiki,
and my browser suggests no cookies are being set. I also noticed that
every time I reload the preferences page, the user ID increments by 1.
Maybe some piece of configuration is no longer set correctly?

The preferences page won't accept that either -- I get the same error
about cookies.
It looks like Bitbucket allows you to associate wikis with repositories,
so as a last-ditch option I guess I could migrate the wiki content there.
Let me know if you want to go that route.
