List, I have a broken mpeg that was captured using the ivtv driver. I really want to do some editing and burn it to a dvd, but the mpeg stream is broken so non of my mpeg authoring programs will open it. Since mplayer plays it just fine I figured I could transcode it to mpeg2 using the mplayer input, but all I get is mostly green scrambled video, but the audio comes though fine. Here is my syntax:
transcode -i 1013_20060528090003.mpg -x mplayer,mplayer -y ffmpeg -F mpeg2video -o indy500 Any ideas on how to make this work, or otherwise fix this mpeg file? schu
