You can use Transcode's mplayer import module and use mplayer's eq2
filter to change the gamma, contrast, brightness, saturation, and
color balance. Then you can use the ffmpeg export module for the
output. The video and audio codecs you are using are rather inefficient,
but if that's what you want they are not a problem. Just a hunch,
but I'll bet you have some terrible interlacing artifacts in your
source.
