I apologize as well on behalf of Phil; he seems to be in a bad mood
lately. One other thing I'd suggest, though, is to only quote the text
necessary to your reply; it's rather time-consuming to have to scroll
through pages and pages of quotes to find the text I'm intended to see
(and in fact I tend to just delete such messages when I'm in a hurry).
