Interesting, I pulled http://sourceforge.net/projects/lvempeg/ which has a
requant and uses ffmpeg, and compiled it against the current ffmpeg Subversion
snapshot. The resulting lverequant also seems to be broken, producing damaged
video files pretty much the same way as tcrequant does.

Could the current ffmpeg have a problem/feature which causes this?
