transcode -q 0 -o png -y im -F png -x mplayer,null -i *flv --frame_interval 300 and png files are generated, but they all show four bands of blurry images instead of a single clear image. Suggestions? If I give the same command for the equivalent avi file, everything works as expected. Dave
