Thanks--that explains why I couldn't find those macros in libtc. (:
I've just committed a fix, and I'll go through and fix up the remaining
compile errors shortly.
On a separate note, would you have any objection if I added some logic
to the configure script to check for the unofficial nal_hrd patch to
x264 (useful e.g. for encoding video for PS3 playback) and enable a
nal_hrd option in x264.cfg if it's present? I have this change made in
my local sources, and I keep being afraid I'll accidentally commit it
and break HEAD for everybody else... (:
