I seem to have resolved the issue although I am a little puzzled as to why :-). The mp3 conversion succeeded when I used the -m option but I could only make the ogg conversion: > +---------- > and...@skamandros~$ transcode -x dvd -i /dev/dvd -T 1,3,1 -a 0 -y null,ogg \ > -b 192 -E 44100,16,2 -m $HOME/Desktop/james_brown.ogg [...] > +---------- succeed when I substituted -o for -m.
