[transcode-users] filter out clipping

I have a bunch of .dv files where the audio came from mic -> mixer -> usbaudio 
device -> laptop.   there is some audio issue, I think clipping caused by some 
level too high.

This is tolerable, but if I can fix it, that would be nice.

The problem can be heard in the original .dv files, so it isn't caused by the 
dv->mp4->flash conversion.
