You can try to create two smaller files with the admin stuff in one file, and the rest in another file. This makes it easy for people who only have time for part of the work to translate more of the user facing stuff. You can do this with pogrep from the Translate Toolkit: pogrep --search=locations "admin" admin.pot pogrep --search=locations "admin" -v non_admin.pot The current translations would have to be moved to this format as well, and it requires the two files to be merged again afterwords (I guess - I'm not familiar with your translation stuff). Ok. All I'm saying is that the files look a bit unpalatable at places with lots of whitespace and markup - just an observation as a translator. I only had a quick look - perhaps there are good reasons for these.
