you said you're using libxml version 2.6.3 while it didn't sound too old turns out it's actually 7 years old (released indec 2003 according to http://www.xmlsoft.org/news.html :-) LXML requirements page http://codespeak.net/lxml/installation.html#requirements lists 2.6.21 as minimum requirement and recommends 2.7.2 that would explain the weird XML bugs. cheers, Alaa ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Download Intel® Parallel Studio Eval Try the new software tools for yourself.
