Logged on to Pootle as a "superuser", go to

Admin > Projects

reverse it with po2txt.  Pootle is not ideal for long-form text, it is
well suited to sentence-length strings (like in most user interface
strings), but it does well with bullet-point slides or text outlline
formats.  We use it for lesson plans in outline format on behalf of
Waveplace.
