Well, ckb_IQ was submitted to glibc, but glibc is famously unresponsive, so
it has not landed yet.  In what I do for SugarLabs I need new glibc locales
from time-to-time and rather than wait for a C hacker to get around to it,
I put in the time and effort to earn commit privs on the project..  Having
sworn a sacred oath to only use my powers for good, I will work on chasing
this locale into the next release.
