* the term : “active”. * where it appears : the experiment for private donor recognition [1] (a) do we show an animated/moving badge on the donor page? Or; (b) is it to indicate the badge stands out/eye catching? Or; (c) Is it similar to “Wikipedia:Barnstar” which peers at some wikis will give to user:talk pages?
