I have a Treo600 and have been using one for just over a year. I can report
that this is
probably my 4th or 5th unit. The replacement process has been a pain but I do
like what
the device can do for me. Several minor issues have cropped up in the last few
months. I
am wonder if anyone has had the problems and could suggest a fix.
1) don't get call waiting caller id -- if a call comes in during another call it
goes to voice
mail without my haveing an opportunity to answer and switch back to the original
call.
(there was a time when this wasn't true)
2) I can't use conference call feature -- I can make a second call but cannot
get all three
us on the line simultaenously. (there was a time when this wasn't true)
3) when I get into my car while on a call and shut the door, the call drops.
This has
occured periodically from day one.
4) Sometimes when I am in the phone mode, I cannot get to features or contacts
using the
5 way button. When this occurs I am able to use the left and right portions of
the 5 way
key to switch to apps associated therewith. (this started happenging maybe a
month ago
-- is infrequent but a pain) Usually goes away minutes later or if I do a soft
restart.
5) (not a problem just a question) is there a way to get at the call log to sort
it by other
fields than just when the call cam in.
All for now . . . help!!
