I tried to upgrade my 650 to the new Palm OS 1.13 but it says it's incompatible with the device. I chose the "unlocked" update, but I have a feeling that I need Cingular update as the phone was unlocked from Cingular. Having read more about Cingular update it says it contains specific for Cingular data. I am not sure if I need to install Cingular update if I am running on T-Mobile. Suggestions?
