Once such is HiLauncher, which I consider a "must have" app.  It allows
you to configure a popup menu, similar in use to the Windows Start
Menu, but completely user-defined.  I've got mine set with flyouts for
MRU, a few apps, system status and toggles (radio on/off, network
on/off, beam receive on/off, and reset), and it's also a DA launcher.
