[Treo] Resco Backup Corrupt File

I seem to have a corrupt backup file that I'm unable to delete in the 
conventional manner.  It's one of the backup sets in my "Default" 
group.  Does anyone know how to delete it using FileZ?  I don't know 
how to locate the specific file name so that I can delete it.  Thanks!
