Hw is the New Year....you guys are too quiet...just give a shout if u r out there!!! Just a heads. The Man of God declared 2010 A Year of Breakthrough. Wow!!! I have just been listening to the word last night and I figured that we will have to participate in order to get our breakthrough. It is a principle that as we strengthen our horizontal relationships that is our brotherly ties, we will get that breakthrough. I feel that as Cross Culture and as Vibers we need to get to know each other well. To know what our teammates are about and what they do and when they are in life becoz that is where the key for breakthrough is. There is someone out there who holds my breakthrough and I have to find out who that person is. Becoz the Pst Tom set a condition as he said : "For those who will engage in their horizontal relationships... it is a year of breakthough..." so breakthough is not for everyone but those who choose to obey the word of God. Like Lazarus you will need people who will take away the stone for you and also remove the grave clothes from your body even if you have heard the word and are walking on it. Like Lazarus you might have waited for God's response and you wondered why there was none but no situation is impossible with him. Where you had expexted healing He will do more than that...He will bring a resurrection. There are things in your life that might have deteriorated to the point of death...but nothing is impossible with Him!!!! He wants to do a greater thing in your life...He wants you to have the greater joy...I bet Lazarus was more joyful in a resurrection than what he would have done in a healing...He will not be late...it is never too late for God to move on His word. So lets get connected! Lets get to know each other! Lets get our breakthrough! The word breakthrough reminds me of 2 Samuel 5:20 which I have quoted below... 2Sa 5:20 (ASV) And David came to Baal-perazim, and David smote them there; and he said, Jehovah hath broken mine enemies before me, like the breach of waters. Therefore he called the name of that place Baal-perazim. (BBE) And David went to Baal-perazim, and overcame them there; and he said, The Lord has let the forces fighting against me be broken before me as a wall is broken by rushing waters. So that place was named Baal-perazim. (CEV) David attacked the Philistines and defeated them. Then he said, "I watched the LORD break through my enemies like a mighty flood." So he named the place "The Lord Broke Through. " (ESV) And David came to Baal-perazim, and David defeated them there. And he said, "The LORD has burst through my enemies before me like a bursting flood." Therefore the name of that place is called Baal-perazim.
