sup guys (simba) you know, i played sports all my high school years i fully understand the level of passion, commitment and emotion that goes into sports. personally i say to my self no matter how tired i am playing the game of soccer i will not stop untill everyone else gives up, am driven by ability devotion and passion for the game of soccer. when Pst Bonnie started the series fans i began to ask myself how well i could know God, how close i could be to Him if i direct all this ability, devotion and passion to Him. there's always something that we love to do in our individual lives that we give our all (emotion, loyalty, promotion, resources, information, generations, faithfulness, commitment, vocal, evangelize, invite and be passionate) to do, i believe God gave that something as an example of how we should passionate and devoted to God, how we should run after His word like Usain Bolt running for the finish line,
How we should not be ashamed and give God Praise in front of the world like Hollywood celebrities after winning an Oscar. How we should sweat and not tire serving God like runners in a 10 000m race. How we should accept to be pushed by our leaders in Christ like a coach pushes his team in training, bringing out the best in them. forgive me for just giving sports examples, its only because i am a sports guy, i have played almost every sport from soccer to swimming and i thank God for such ability because i know i have the ability to do more in his house. i cannot sing, i don't have a good voice but in the house of God i am amongst the best singers because God has to be praised by us with our good or bad voices. i never believed i could dance, till now i hardly believe it but through Christ i can and for what reason? so i can help others believe in themselves. l sang at the Night of the Arts at Cross previous Saturday, Why? because through dance i now believe in my heart that i can do anything i set my mind to, i wasn't perfect in fact because i was so nervous i forgot most of the words but i managed to pull it of with the help of Marissa (of course), if i think of that night i even feel cold because it was something i had never done before but its a mountain conquered and now i have a new target. If God is to tell me to do something or to go somewhere am preparing myself doing things i have never done before. Pst Tom always used to say When was the Last time you Did something for the First Time? Please answer that honestly to yourself? Lets give out a new vibe to our lives!
