We discussed about the Comforter 2 days ago and in today's reading again in John 16, Jesus teaches that he must leave the earth so that the Comforter might come unto us. It says he will reprove the world of sin, because the world does not believe of Jesus, of righteousness because Jesus goes back to the father and of judgement because the prince of the world is judged. However what really struck me and what i will emphasise on is in verse 13, ' howbeit, when he, the spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth, for he shall not speak of himself, but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak, and he will shew you things to come.' the spirit therefore is our tour guide in this journey of life telling us f the steps to take and showing us where we ought to go.
