The role includes attending to customer enquiries and queries through the company's help line (customer care teleconsulting). The minimum qualifications required is HND in Marketing or related; degreed people are also encouraged to apply. We are not worried much about experience though customer care experience may be an added advantage. Applicants must be prepared to do shiftwork.
