Good day team, The world’s view of money has crept into the lives of Christian families everywhere. Greed, pride, and envy are destroying God’s people and churches. Families are stressed, marriages are broken, debt is uncontrolled, and tithes and offerings have been restricted. The end result is that Kingdom work suffers and people aren’t reaching their full potential through Christ. Few Zimbabwean Christians tithe and this shuts open heavens over Zimbabwe. Many Christians are actually funding the work of Satan through their own investments without even knowing it!
“But they that will [to] be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition. For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.” (1 Timothy 6:9-11) As Christians, we ought to know better where we direct our finances.
