So the two amp SSR seems adequate as it's rating is about 15X your load current. At the start I was assuming the heater would consume a lot more power!

Fan Motor

17 Volts DC at the terminals
0.018 Amps DC
Diodes are attached to turn AC into DC


Heater

Red (hot) and White (ground) wires
113 Volt AC
0.134 Amp AC

Black and White wires
20 Volt AC
