I just discovered Pulsar Pro FX (makers of PCB Fab-in-a-box,
toner-transfer PCB process) has shut down; I know not how long ago. All
the child sites (Decal, PCB, Color Foils, Etching Metal) are kaput.
These are indeed dark days for the electronics DIYer.
