Sufficient power connections, preferably on 2 different circuit breakers.
Surge protection (if it's a new buildout, get the electrical guy to put
a whole-panel protector in).
Safe fire extinguisher.
2 wall jacks for POTS lines. (you never know when you'll want that
dialin modem)
1 wall jack for in-room access (you never know, and it'll keep grubby
paws off your clean, organized patch panel)
