Here are my headers as I was testing (and successfully tested) sending emails to an AOL user this morning:
> ----------------------- Headers -------------------------------- > Return-Path: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > Received: from rly-xm03.mx.aol.com (rly-xm03.mail.aol.com [172.20.83.104]) > by air-xm04.mail.aol.com (v92.17) with ESMTP id MAILINXM41-81f43e846c79267; > Fri, 28 Mar 2003 10:38:33 -0500 > Received: from localhost.localdomain (rdu25-28-017.nc.rr.com > [24.25.28.17]) by rly-xm03.mx.aol.com (v92.16) with ESMTP id > MAILRELAYINXM35-5ff3e846c3b228; Fri, 28 Mar 2003 10:37:31 -0500 > Received: from mydomain.com (bertha [127.0.0.1]) > by localhost.localdomain (8.11.6/8.11.6) with SMTP id h2SFO6q01763 > for <NsconductSPLATcom>; Fri, 28 Mar 2003 10:24:06 -0500 > Date: Fri, 28 Mar 2003 15:24:05 -0000 > To: <NsconductSPLATcom> > Subject: from D M on NCrail > From: "D M" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > X-Mailer: TWIG 2.7.7 > Message-ID: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > Reply-To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] sorry I had to genericize the header... question should still be logical... What I don't understand is why the Received: from is localhost.localdomain and bertha is 127.0.0.1 and the by localhost.localdomain are in these headers! What and or where should I be looking to fix this problem! If I was to ditch Exchange for sendmail, I'd have the same issue at corporate b/c I obviously haven't learned enough! Thanks!
