Definitely not just you. I was in there last night. There seemed to be twice as many employees as customers, but no one asked me if I needed any help and I could seem to find what I was looking for. They were all too busy B.S.ing with each other. I gave up and left. I only go there for small cheap commodity items. i.e. blank cds, cables, etc. The only reason I go there at all is that is the closest place with that type of stuff to my house. Plus, I like playing with the Macs.
