For those who might care: I just got off a tech chat with RR technical support. They are aware of this issue and are working on it. As a friend of mine translated: 'in short, the admin at rr.com is calling up the admin at aol.com going "what the fuck are you smoking?!"'

Also, as of 10/1 apparently, AOL is doing a reverse DNS lookup on the sending SMTP box. ALL mail from my company to AOL was bouncing until I could get the reverse RR in place.
